As one of our freshman prepares for his first TV appearance, the master gives a brief lecture on using carpentry equipments.
The master surprises the freshman with stories on wood carving for example;
木殺し a technique using the nature of wood
1 carpenter presses the wood using a hammer to fit it into the hole
2 eventually the wood try to expand itself
3 the two pieces are bonded completely

The reporter, a famous comedian, used to be called “Master of setting up scaffolds 足場名人” when he was working part-time at a construction site. He asks Akimoto why this company attracts so many highly educated carpenters.
