Amazing we have the same saying in Japanese (Buddhism)!
They say the first word in Japanese alphabet
あ
and the last
ん
can describe ALL words, sentences, and ideas.
This saying without speaking is considered great virtue.
Sometime it is facilitating （阿吽の呼吸）,
sometimes it can cause doubt and fear.
It is ALL in your mind.
