LEAN IN

In “Lean In”, Sheryl Sandberg – Facebook COO and one of “Fortune” magazine’s Most Powerful Women in Business – looks at what women can do to help themselves, and make the small changes in their life that can effect change on a more universal scale.

How do we “Lean In”?

suzuki

Today, we have 11 female carpenters, but because the number of female carpenters are still limited, they sometimes speak and display their skills in front of local elementary schools.

Boy or girl, many kids are fascinated by their stories and demonstrations. One of our activities to preserve the spirit and the art of Japanese carpenters.

Female carpenters are essential part of our organization, because

1. Clients like them

2. Workplace is clean

and most of all,

3. Boys work harder
